Instructions on How to Use the Club House Audio/Visual Systems:  The Deluxe system installed by Toll Brothers is very similar to what you may have installed in your town house.  Download a copy of the instructions from the above link and for more detail download the user manual for the Yamaha R-S500 Stereo Receiver here and the Onkyo CD Player here.
 
Garbage Procedures Scheduled trash/recycling pick up is on Tuesday unless there is a holiday on Monday or Tuesday.  (Memorial Day - Wed May 28th, Labor Day - Wed Sept 5th, and Christmas Day - Wed Dec 26th)
 
Recycling Procedures Same days as Garbage pickup (see above)
 
Parking - There is no parking allowed in the streets.  Please make sure your family and guests are parking in garages, driveways or visitor parking areas. Click here for details.
 
Food Outside - Please do not leave food outside of your unit whether it is intended for pets or wildlife.  Doing this creates a nuisance for neighboring owners
 
Curbing of Pets - Out of respect for the neighbors and the rules, we remind pet owners to be diligent in regards to curbing and picking up after your pets.  If you see someone who does not live in the neighborhood bring their pets into the neighborhood please take note of their license number and report it to REI.
